These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Counsel Growth website and services. By accessing this website or engaging Counsel Growth, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Services Counsel Growth provides professional visibility, branding, content, SEO, public relations, and reputation management services to advocates and law firms. Counsel Growth does not provide legal advice or representation. Engagements with Counsel Growth do not create an advocate–client relationship.

2. Professional Conduct All services are designed and delivered with full regard for the professional conduct standards applicable to advocates, including the Bar Council of India Rules and analogous state bar requirements. Clients remain responsible for ensuring that any content they approve for publication complies with the rules governing their practice.

3. Engagement & Payment Services are engaged on a monthly subscription basis under the plan chosen by the client. All fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable for the month in question once work has commenced.

4. Confidentiality All confidential information shared during the engagement is held in strict confidence and used solely to deliver the engaged services.

5. Intellectual Property Deliverables created for the client become the property of the client upon full payment. Counsel Growth retains the right to reference the engagement for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Counsel Growth's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder.
